The hotel reception staff has not and have patience to explain things to the girls. Explain things. The lift areas in common areas were not very clean rooms are not very large but still okay location is alright but we would need the staff to be more courteous and have patience and their dealing with the customers. So the customer experience was not good.

Overall stay was average , no doubt property is good but some as far property room experience staff is not cooperative in breakfast section where I informed staff I’ll eat little meals, but refused to taken again , instead of saying you need to pay again but she told you can not take again. So my day was bad note then so many thing going whole day even manager also told we hot some complaint against her but it is fairly of managers not staff because hey guided to employee how to dealt with guests

There was party on first floor on both days.. and music continued well beyond 11pm.. and sound proofing is horrible.. couldn’t sleep till the party was over due to all the noise

TV not functional ,No hot water ,poor service by f&B team ,no face/hand towel,no floor mat,telephone not working had to speak on speaker.During breakfast egg bhurji denied whereas omelette was available. The overall services of Shaurya had dipped down no more a best hotel in Patiala

Property looks nice from outside, lacks amenities like no hot water in bathroom, AC not working, restaurant staff are unbothered and blatantly refuse basics like coffee in breakfast buffet. Worst was when it rains, it pored inside the rooms- the windows and ceiling started leaking, floors had running water and sofas were wet. But special mention to their chef - food was very tasty - waiters were super flow - don’t bother to even take orders for 30+ mins.

The hotel was decent overall — clean and good location. However, I had an issue when I ordered a gift from Blinkit for my friends. I asked the delivery guy to speak to the reception so they could hold the item for a minute while I came downstairs, but the staff refused to even speak to him. He said they weren’t willing to talk. I had to call reception myself from the room phone, and when I asked why they couldn’t just take the call from the delivery guy, they had no answer. This felt unprofessional and inconvenient. So, it was an average experience for me.
