Our recent stay at Eqbal Inn was marred by several issues that left a sour taste. - WiFi Issues: The hotel WiFi was non-functional for two consecutive days, making it difficult to stay connected. - Room Problems: The initially allotted room had a non-functional AC, and the room itself was unhygienic, smelly, and infested with roaches. - Staff Response: The staff was unhelpful and slow to respond to our issues. They seemed defensive rather than solution-focused. - Breakfast Disappointment: The morning buffet had limited options, and the food was tasteless and undercooked. It was really terrible. Cleaning - 0 Free Breakfast - was not provided ( only poha, no water, no tea, no coffee and no other items ) waited till 8:45 AM from 8: 00 am. Behaviour - Rude, rash, un responsible.

When we reached there the property has very bad odour very bad smell in rooms and room was used by someone. Even disappointed from make my trip. They just listen to property manager. Very bad experience from Iqbal inn or make my trip.

They let me wait for 2hrs to generate key and no good room service, morning cold coffee was the worst coffee i ever drank . Not up to the mark

Very Bad experience, Room carpet was wet, water was there in room dustbin, room was not cleaned, dust was there on table and most pathatic part was bathroom sink was dirty and water clogging was disgusting part. Worst experience so far. Breakfast was also terrible. I strongly don’t recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

Although check in time was 12 Noon, I arrived late with prior information to reception and checked in at 9 PM. The room was still not ready. It took nearly half an hour. Despite that the bedsheets were not clean. There were no napkins, towels, soap, and water bottles in the room. Housekeeping phones were not attended. Reception did not resolve issues for the next one hour. I asked for room amenities which were part of the package, but were not provided till I checked out around 10 AM. Pathetic condition of services and housekeeping. Not at all recommended for a stay. Worst of all, no help was available from my trip also, except standard replies.

Need proper maintenance and cleaning. Rooms are spacious but many things out of place. Bedsheets appears to not changed from previous stay

Good room sfaf is good washroom clean

Food quality is 3 rd class like a Rahedi wala agar hum log 3000 -4000 ka room le sakte hai to food bhi to acha hoo super 3 rd class food quality and taste too

Rooms are not property clean even very dirty washrooms there is no cleanliness

terrible hotel, staff is very rude, they won't even provide bill and say you can lodge complaint or do whatever you want, will not visit again

food quality is very bad followed by bad service. only the location is good of property.

I didn’t fully agree with the earlier ratings and experiences given by many travelers because mine was a Pleasant short term stay of one night. I drove from Delhiand was tired. In short, my stay was quite pleasant because of nice breakfast, courteous staff, and good quality service.

AC was not working , door was broken , basic amenities absent, staff was rude, even water bottles were not available, breakfast was terrible,

AC was not working and the room also was not getting locked so it was a pathetic stay
