Review Of Hotel MG Grand

Room smell, no item will provide in auto mode. Good was ok. Food given without wrapped in cold time.

I was attending a wedding at kurukshetra and i booked this room for the sole purpose that the female members of my family (mother, sisters and kids) could change clothes. However the reception guy was so rude and manner less. First of all he was agitated that we have booked this room from mmt and not offline. We explained to him that we are not going to stay in the room just want to change clothes there, but he was crossing all limits of indecency. I was forced to change my clothes in the parking lot of the hotel.

The stay was unexpectedly good and comfortable. Staff were polite and cooperative. Must recommended

Earlier we were given the small room even after paying for deluxe room. After that we were shifted to another room on asking but the sheets and pillows weren't clean. Also, there was a door inside the room to the adjoining room and there was no way to lock it from our side. Expected a better experience.

Property location is inside a bylane whereas you have lot options on the main road itself. Food is average service is average torn towels are kept. No tea/coffee maker available. It's not advisable for a corporate guest.

Room was little less clean and hygienic milk sachets provided were expired food was good property is good but need maintenance.

An overall fulfilling stay. With nice food and quick service. Hotel is easily navigatable. Reception was kind enough to give me early check in.

Rooms were comfortable as in budget hotels. Service is not that good as we had to followup for getting the remote for ac.

mg grand review: pros: next to main road, rooms of decent size, breakfast was good ( not buffet though), service was fine cons: sheet, pillow cover etc were not clean. there were swarm of bed bugs/ or some other small bugs under pillows which was too upsetting and spoiled my sleep. bathroom was not very clean and had very dim light. all in all just an ok place if i disregard the bed bugs. the property would have been in good shape in the past though.

vry poor service. no internet connection. no any tv, dth connection…in my room.

We did not expect the rooms to be so clean and nice. Being located in kurukshetra, our expectations were very low but we really liked the hotel. The staff was also helpful.

Zero facility at the hotel. No proper room service. Room was dirty. No toiletry available. Terrible experience.
