it's 3rd class experience with this hotel and management team I booked executive room with pool view but their is no executive room and no pool view . They provide a normal room ( 219) and then I call the reception they tell me sir that is executive room i tell but where's the pool view management: sir u r late to come in the hotel the rooms with pool view are booked so I tell customer care please pay return my extra charges for the room

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and every team member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The room was very spacious and bed was cozy. The breakfast menu had variety and was tasty. They had really tasty chocolate muffins and brownies.

The rooms weren’t clean. Bedsheet, quilt and pillows seemed used and dirty and were really itchy on skin. The restaurant was horrible. Staff were nowhere to be found to take our food order and the food tasted really bad. Tomato soup was sweet like a dessert and aglio olio pasta was full of cheese and the breakfast was even more disappointing, no buffet, just few options without any bakery or bread and outside food wasn’t allowed so no option but to eat that off tasting food. Also, the room service staff kept knocking on my door while I was alone in the room for checking if I’ll be checking out anytime soon, even though my check out was scheduled for the next day.

Excellent property, our stay was good, the staff were well trained to handle customers and the food served was good...

My stay was affected by poor hygiene. There were insects in the room, and the bedsheet had stains and looked dirty. I felt very itchy after sleeping. The overall cleanliness was average and needs improvement.

when I stayed here ,I found spider web on ceiling light , Crack on the wall cover by wall paper , No milk powder & casual sliper available in room , when enters , as well as ceiling shower leakage from roof. As well as receptionist behaviour is not so good. even when I went for dinner , staff behaviour casual when they knew I bought corporate plan. they changed the menu in seconds & said you will have to choose food items from the list.

Really impressed by hospitality, quality of food, staff. I booked one day extra for a wedding function and stay at the hotel. Family friendly and perfect for large functions. Good for family stay as well. Very polite staff.

I booked a room on make my trip with pool view, but got a room with view of roof. My booking include free pool access but that day there was a party and we couldn’t use the poll.

The property ambience, Rooms, Cleanliness, Food Quality and Service wall all excellent. The staff was polite and well trained.
