Review Of HOTEL AMBER

The experience was really sad….. unhygienic rooms and the property had all kind of shady activities happening

First of all the booking was so smooth. The ambience was good and hotel receptionist was so polite and friendly in nature. Overall experience was very interesting and good.

They have a very poor room service and given blanket which were stinky and even till 7. 15 no room service for tea as well.

Everything was good. Pols go ahead with booking, food and service also good. Location was good. Thank you

Very dirty situation in rooms. Many cockroch are walking on table at the time of doing dinner, in washroom cockroch walking in pot, washwaishn.

Very poor service cockroaches travel-ling in washroom bed and even eating table. Dirty bed sheet.

One of worst hotels i have ever stayed at. Pathetic staff, pathetic service, pathetic food. 2 gms were on leave due to medical issues. Either one pratha with tea or omlette with tea or butter toast with tea is served in complimentary breakfast. There were cockroaches in the room 211 and dirty phone instrument, dirty bed sheets, dirty pillow cases. Cleaning issues in room 206 a higher category room they gave me without extra charge. Mineral water bottle was chargeable but then got it complimentary after complaining to the md. do not stay here at all

It was my birthday and i didn't get disappointed. Everything was so good. Thanks make my trip. I loved the experience. Hope for the same in future

It was amazing and clean when i visited. It was good stay in amber. Great choice for the family members.

Property is good, rooms are good, need a bit more cleaning but other wise spacious and well ventilated. The place where they need to work upon is availablity of breakfast during early hours. Most of the restaurants give breakfast by 6 6:30 but this property gives the morning tea by 7:30, not before that under any circumstances. Food is good, taste is good. Just breakfast timing needs to be managed

All services and rooms are best only food quality is just ok ok staff behaviour is good very neat and clean

It was a nice experience, we enjoy the stay, room is clean and odour free, but we face long power cut off, power cut off is around more than 6hrs

The place is quite serene with beautiful mountain view n sun set point. Our host is very nice n decent person and the food is super delicious. We had an amazing stay here

Avg property, lot of noise of traffic all night. Rooms conditions are also not ok. Staff were arragant.

Location is good ; much is desired reg upkeep of property & room service (my room no. 216 during stay.

Smell in room, no water supply and towel in bathroom, no drinking water in room. We also asked the receptionist for the same issue but he showed us attitude.

Stay was good. Food is awesome. In terms of business trip, its a good place to transit. Rooms are okay and the food is very tasty.

My stay was just average, as the key of my room doesn't work, i have to call the home keeping every-time i want to get inside of my room. There were mosquitoes in the room. Room service was good as the workers were very polite.
