hotel is in good location central bus stand is near so easy for travelling .staff is good .. room is clean..

For that money room was ok washroom not good and I made a mistake while writing in the guest register that person at the desk was damn rude and very harsh very bad attitude - its not going to be in my list again. thank you

My stay experience was not good. They dont have process to check who booked in which platform..instead they expect the same from customer..chances are there after we go they wed say rooms not confirmed. There was no dustbin in the room There was no hot water available

The staff was rude and unresponsive to calls. Although the property has been renovated, the toilet was outdated. Only two small soaps were provided, and my request to store my luggage for an hour was refused. Overall, the service was very disappointing.

Worst experience ~ terrible smell inside rooms, even basic things were not kept. No water/ towel/ soaps etc. Plus at receptionist is asking for marriage documents for couple

Hotel stay was pleasant. Very near to bus stand. But very limited parking. Parking for small cars and only around 4 cars can be parked. Otherwise everything is ok.

Too poor room cleaning. Not provided basic thinks. Bedsheet, sope, toval, need to improve customer satisfaction

I stayed here multiple times. Good budget hotel for short stay. Once again I enjoyed my stay. Will visit again.
