Food, location and facilities very good and nearest from puri

The property location is good. Staff behaviour is also good.It’s value for money . Overall budget friendly .

unclean room, brocken window, no housekeeping attending my room during stays... I book 3 adult 1 child in one room but thay gives me bed only for 3 ... and one extra mattress in floor... most bad bad hotel i ever stay ... i will never ever book hotel in make my trip and tell about this my all know per unclean room, brocken window, no housekeeping attending my room during stays.

Bedroom was not clear dirty place. Washroom was unhygienic staff only Hotel. Such a bad experience in my life was a big hygienic in washrooms and all curtain small incept inside the room. Suggest a room in this hotel. That’s it. Thank you.

It's not good to stay, beds are not good they are not maintaining hygiene. Bedsheet are keeping like that not changing

It was totally a nightmare.No cleanliness hygiene , the room doesn't have any high power light ( there was a sim light we had to use mobile torch while doing make up), they don't provided us a blanket, the room was stinky u can't walk in bare foot . There was a garbage pile under stairs which they never clean ( foul smell all around) . totally wastage of money. And the distance from hotel to beach and jaganath mandir

Location is close to mandir, but the bedroom and wash room are not so clean

the place was dirty and was quite difficult to reach the bathrooms were so dirty and the faucet were leaking like hell overall not a good experience 🙂‍↕️😐

the worst hotel I have ever stay at there is no one in the reception every time we have to call him to come to the reception. beside the stairs there is huge trash of alcohol bottle the charging point is not working in the room

I found an alaka guest house on MakeMyTrip. After seeing the price that is very cheap as compared to others. I booked the guest house. It was in the best location of Puri. Shree Jagannath temple and golden sea beach are very close to it and the main market also. The room was fine, well cleaned and the bathroom too. The services are too good by the manager named satya . He was too nice with people and helped me a lot to locate places and he gives me a scooty as well with minimal price . He was a very kind and nice hearted person . Totally worth the price.

It was really Pathetic for every sence try not to put these type of properties on your listing.Its Really Ridiculous Location aswell condition & I don't hv photos of it

The room condition was very bad,water seepages found on walls, water leakages from taps in washroom. washroom in filthy condition, windows not working.Main door locks found broken. In this condition no Family can stay in that room, regards- Satyajit Chatterjee.

It was a terrible experience. The corridor of the floor was very dirty. Leftover food was spread entirely on the floor along with a dirty bag of plastic. It was stinking like anything. Same compared with the municipality's garbage storage. The mug in the bathroom was broken. The mirror was not cleaned. The be-sine tab was not working in the bathroom. Only good things they had given me access from 7. 30am instead of 9. 00am as i have requested them instead of next day morning 8. 00am same day 5. 00pmi shall check out.

not good .Room and floor cleaning not properly.Alcohal bottle stay on the floor.Room and bathroom are not clean properly.Manager of hotel don't know where he ther.Hotel gate open .No one receiving the guest and see the room .onle phone call they will manage.
