overall good experience...rooms are good ..near n clean washroom...only one thing I felt there are no window for ventilation otherwise rooms are good staff was good n helpful....near metro station is RK aasram n new Delhi railway station on walking distance....👍

I like ajay guest house and stay there many times because it is good located and check-out in past was 24 hours. This time they was kind to let me check in earlyer. That was big bonus! what i did not like this time that it was very durty. Especialy bed and floor. Also when i try to sleep after long travel few times some people knocked the door and woke me up. Ones it was some strangers and ones member of stuff came to replace something in the room.

They denied my booking even after confirmation. Sorry won't booking please disregard my rating and comment. I would rate them a 3. There was no heat the water didn't get very warm or last long. The towels and sheets were stained
