A nice location. wonderful service

I had a very bad experience yesterday with a home stay I booked . From the moment I checked in, things started going wrong. I had to change my room three times due to various issues like cleanliness, broken amenities, and poor maintenance. It was extremely stressful. Overall, it was a terrible day and a very disappointing experience.

I reported one issue and that was not resolved. Horrible experience with Hotel staff and MMT executives.

I never experience such a pathetic rooms in my life. Before check in I told care taker to clean room and bed sheet but when I checked in I found Dirty room with torn bed sheet and blanket . Everywhere cigarette surrounding the floor and in bathroom gutaka spit and gutaka thrown everywhere they don’t even clean the bathroom , water logged and after your checkin they will not respond your call. It’s someone apartment and keys are outside the door in locker they just share the code to get the room keys. They don’t even come and meet you it’s all over call. Railway toilets are more clean than there. Never stay with Taj studio property I booked twice one time in sec 137 and 2 nd time sec 74 both side are room pathetic. It’s not even worth for 500.

This BnB was an absolute nightmare and a complete waste of money. The property is located in an extremely shady and unsafe area, and from the moment we stepped inside, there was a constant, disturbing feeling that something was wrong, as if someone was lurking around — it was impossible to sleep peacefully. The check-in process was a disaster; even after reaching the property, the contact number provided was useless as no one answered, leaving us stranded and stressed. When we finally got into the room, it was nothing like what was shown online — it reeked of a horrible, stinky smell that made it hard to even breathe properly. The room was dirty, the washroom was filthy and clearly not maintained, and to make things worse, the TV was not working either. Every single moment spent there felt unsafe, uncomfortable, and frustrating. I strongly warn anyone considering it — do not waste your money or risk your safety by booking this property.

Bad staff behaviour call not picked by team, car parking not available on this place very bad experience

The ambience was disappointing, and several amenities were not functioning properly. The AC lacked a remote to adjust the temperature, the TV wasn’t working, the Wi-Fi was down, and the RO system was out of order. On top of that, parking, which was supposed to be free, wasn't. I'm unsure what I even paid for. I deeply regret staying there and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

It is a poorly managed, excellent property. The location is very convenient. House keeping needs to be stepped up. Cleanliness is an issue. The staff is not so well trained. If desired, i can volunteer to impart training to the staff free of charges, as i have been in the hospitality industry.

Not a nice place. Didn't seem like safe at all. No wifi. No blanket in this cold weather. Not a good experience would not recommend at all

No floor mat construction going on

Property is good but staff of taj is not good! there are 2 problems 1- floor is very sticky 2 water geyser is not working baht bar complaint ki par kuchh solution nahi aya fir muje room change kr dena pada

The place is okay i stayed earlier too but the facilities are not good there was no towel no soap nothing provider in the washroom the bedsheet was very dirty. Hygiene should be maintained

Worst bnb ever, so unhygienic. Bathroom was not clean. Water was leaking. Kitchen equipment was not working.

As used to book this property many times, everytime i had faced issue related to ac was not performing well and maintaining the temp. When i have asked the caretaker he simply replied that they are facing rapid powercut in the building but this the same excuse i have heard in my past bookings too.

Very very untidy room shared the photos with the owner but he didn’t bothered. Washroom was not clean hairs on the floor. Informed the caretaker and the owner vikrant they both didn’t took any step didn’t bothered to come or change the room.

My friend recommended this stay to me and staff was late, they were was no towel no proper sanitation and ants were all over the place
