unpleasant stay experience at the property unhygienic room condition, poor maintenance, and unstable Wi-Fi connection. Unfortunately, I have not received any response or resolution from your team till now. As mentioned earlier, The room was handed over late and was in a completely unhygienic condition. The Wi-Fi connection was not working properly, and as an office professional, I was unable to complete my official tasks. Despite multiple calls and complaints, no assistance was provided by the property staff Due to these issues, I had to check out early and the stay caused major inconvenience. I once again request a full refund for this booking on the basis of poor hygiene, lack of basic amenities, and non-responsiveness from the support team.

As always AC was not working, it became their normal practice.. no towel provided every time we have to ask for it. Cleaness I will give 0.5 out of 5.
