family with 1 kidIt was the worst experience of our life . The building itself is in shambles ..then the facilities were simply pathetic . Bedsheets and pillows were stinking , there were no towels , geyser was not working . The mattress was so hard that it was a nightmare to sleep..Overall it was so BAD that we left it the next day & shifted to a hotel ..

There is no facilities, no staff, no reception. Asked for towel 5 times then they sent after 5 hours. Waste of money

place is good to stay. stayed here 10 days. host is extremely kind and polite. lockbox is there for self check in. all things are awesome and fully equipped in room, no issue will be there. if any issue comes then host is just a call away and resolves it soonest. parking facility is available but it's outside building. host handled the parking and assured for safe parking. overall a nice pleasant experience.

Hi Shalini, Ac issue was resolved already and this issue was going on in entire noida as you know this summer the temperature was very high and many of the Ac stop working or cought fire in the city. So, same situation was going is here as well and now it's resolved. Thanks

Hi Sarthak, If the the place was unclean then how did you manage in dirty room, our staff was available 24/7 you could let us know about the situation, and we are providing self check in and you didn't share your ID's and when my staff came to you for the ID's you didn't share that as well. You could let them you about cleaning that time. So please dont put any flase review.
