It’s a filthy place. Shall be deleted from a reputed sight like yours. The entire property was for couples for quick checking and checkout for reasons of privacy. Very bad.

it was a pleasent stay at Supernova Spira feo 26 to 28 may. Twinkle is the host and she had taken care very professionaly. Responded all needs promptly even at late night. best part was the view from 29th floor. Kitchen with induction, cooker and all utensils masala and oil was available. blinkit and zomato delivery was in the room . I made my dinner myself and avoided outside food in the night. thank u twinkle once again regards saurabh

Request for Compensation Due to Unhygienic Room Conditions

I was extremely disappointed to find that the room was not only untidy but also lacked proper cleanliness and hygiene. The room was not clean well full of dust with broken slabs Despite notifying the staff, the situation remained unresolved, which significantly affected my stay. As a result, my patner and I had to vacate the room earlier than planned due to the unhygienic conditions. Given that we did not receive the standard of service expected, I feel it is appropriate to request compensation for the inconvenience and early departure. I kindly request a full or partial refund, or an alternative form of compensation for the disrupted experience. Please let me know the next steps in resolving this matter

The rooms are spacious and the balcony provides a 180 degree view of the yamuna river. The check in process can be more streamlined, especially for first time visitors. Overall, a good stay!

Dusty Room and lots of seepage but with a good vie

Lots of dust and seepage. curtains were dusty, bed was dusty. Book an OYO that's better. No soap in the room sadly.
