Location of the property is good, and so is the view from the 40th floor. The host is very supportive, and available at all times.

it's very difficult checkin as you have to get pictures clicked at 3 places . also ,it's difficult to navigate. it's a studio,well equipped and beautiful but it's not well maintained. sofa was dusty and I don't think cutlery and bottles are often cleaned. it's an average property for the amount you pay

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, with great super host nimmi nagar. He is most friendly and helpful and available on call for any problem. All create lovely and great first impression of stay there. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner from zomato. Room was good and great value for money with all facilities like fridge oven and everything. Service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The host was welcoming and friendly. He was available the entire time, even at 2 am when i had queries

I was looking for a studio room and i came across this studio. At first i was sceptical because of the ratings however i spoke to the host about the plans before i booked and it was welcoming. Over all, i had a great stay. The room was decorated, i believe due to previous booking but that made the room more beautiful. The studio is as same as the photos but yeah i would recommend, the balcony should have a grass carpet and a fan so that we can enjoy in balcony too. Will be a less mess too.

Everything was so amazing. Apartment was neat and clean. You can work, chill or spend some quality time there without anyone interrupting you. Evening and night view was so beautiful. It was worth the money and time.

It was a worth a decision to stay there. The room, the view, safety and privacy features were unmatchable. By just entering the main entrance you can tell how marvelous the building’s infrastructure is. The view from the 40th floor makes you forget everything and you would want to just capture the moment. I would surely recommend anyone who plans to stay there. Also, in case you want to order any eatery then zomato and other food apps makes available the delivery to your doorstep. A great stay and looking forward to further stays in the future.

Everything was amazing, infact i can say it was better than a hotel stay. It was easy accessible, the view from balcony was heaven.

Overall the studio was good. Nimish is a supportive person and arrange things for us even at night by delivering things himself. He made sure all the things are in place. Best part is the height 40th floor vibe was awesome
