Room is clean. Service was poor. They simply given the key and asked to go to room. Shower was not working. When it is informed, they said that it will work. Did not came to room to solve the issue. In morning breakfast and tea was not available. When called they informed that kitchen is not opened.

Bad smell all over the property and bed rugs are very bad. Sanitary fixtures are bad. Makemytrip doesn't offer partial cancellation also.

It was an bad experience to me And i come with my parents then they give me an local twin bed room like not working shower & paint is removed from wall. Its an bad experience to me & my family. It's an local room & can't be adjusted for me. I changed that bedroom & i pay more amount to sleep well because i can't see the wall without paint it's terrible for me. Room no 106 is given for me. Bad experience. No stars given by me.. 0 star

Very bad services provided, there is nothing like hotel no wifi no charging slots no cleaning, nothing bad experience ever. Ok wait

lift not working, not good lift, very old dangerous lift, hot water not available in wash rooms, old property not well maintained

Good hotel to stay in tbe heart of the city, bar attached, so drinks abed foods available for room service

The room was spacious but lacked basic amenities like dental kits and only a single towel, and the door wasn't locking from the outside which was a huge safety risk when going outside to eat.
