Hotel didn't allow check in and it's not even operating scam from mm t worst experience in life. Git list in tourist city without a booking end up sleeping in my car with family

1. Restaurant was not working. 2. Hot water timing timing was morning 7. 30 am to 10 am. It's so difficult for my children's. 3. Room service was bad.

Stayed for couple of days with family. Had a pleasant stay. Staffs were welcoming and helpful. Looking forward to visit again

Room, service and establishment was good. Parking was also fine. But the problem we faced was, the hot water was timed. We needed to leave quite early but we could start bathing only after 7am. We were 1. 5 hours late just because of this. And this set our schedule for that day and for the next day quite aback. In a small city with one of the coldest temperatures, hot water is not optional for tourists. We would need it at night as well as morning. I hope this is resolved.

I booked for 2 adults -and they severed towel for one. No restaurant, no hot water all the time in bathroom. Hot water only in the morning time that too it’s warm not sufficient for kodaikanal wether. Tried to order coffee but no room service. Was really a horrible experience. Wifi available in lobby but was not connecting

Rooms were very big and clean. Restaurant and reliance smart is very near. Staffs are very co-operative

Hotel is located near beef market and very inconvenient to reach here. Also very costly hotel. No basic amenities and staff was with bad behaviour

Had a pleasant stay. The only concern from my end, to provide hot water 24/7. Staff members and their behaviour are good good locality

It’s a neat and clean budget friendly hotel. Near to bus stop. Staff is very polite. Overall i am happy with the stay.

Water heater facility is available only between morning 7 to 10. There is not tea bag and sugar packs. Phone is not working.

No wifi in hotel room but only in lobby, no proper cleaning, no dining area. Water supply stopped while taking bath.

Staffs are good and helpful. Hotel looks good in entrance or front office, but inside it’s average and no restaurant in it. You will have some conditions for hot water availability. Bathrooms to be improved. Overall an average stay, you can use it. If you can’t find a good place.

Hotel was located near by the bus stand which will be feasible for travellers, rooms were neat than i expected, right place to stay in

This hotel has a great view from the room. It's very close to the kodaikanal bus stand. And also a quiet place. Improvement areas. The cleanliness of the room was good, but they can do more.

No proper service even basic amenities not provided not worth able for paid amount. Already paid thru make my trip so no help from their side due to amount already settled

Room was not cleaned, odour present in room and bedding, service was very poor room rent collected in advance otherwise would have checked out

This is 4000 - rupees totally high, no recipient, no house keeping, durty maintenance, it's not registered maintenance, no answerable for recipients & break fast very bad, normal bed, no hot water in regularly thank you
