Hotel must focus on cleanliness and add more options to food for Breakfast.

Staff was courteous, food was good and other amenities like parking etc were also sufficient. room services were slightly slow which we had experienced, otherwise fine.

Good location of the property but not maintained well. Food quality is average and even towels and bed sheet are not cleaned properly.

Room interior is old maintenance require in the room we stayed, Lawn and restaurant is good, location is ok

Very pleasant stay at Watergate hotel. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Restaurant food is superb. Location is near to the lake and hotel has good parking space.

No hot water food was just average. We literally had to order hot water buckets for shower. No electricity. Wifi also no range

No hot water provision even in the cold weather. Bedsheets and beds cover both in pathetic condition. Food is okay but pricing is on the higher side. Not for 3 star category hotel

Professional and polite staff. Clean room. Basic amenities available on request. Ample parking space. Food in the restaurant is economical and tastes good. Would definitely visit again here.

Check in time is 2pm which is not even considered earlier checkin changes. I book it for my friend and they had to get some calls for check in to room.

Very basic hotel not the as per the review published in mmt. Every room has not sufficient light and very dark. Breakfast sprees also very little. Food test are not good. It considered to be budget hotel.

Location is on main road and easily accessible. Food is excellent. Room service is also good. Rooms are well maintained and clean.

The stay was awesome, all amenities were provided. Housekeeping and reception staff were polite and helpful. They also provided us with early check-in. Last but not least the restaurant food was superb. The only thing which i personally feel is hotel charges were a little bit high during the monsoon season too but all else was top notch.

Pros- good location. Good staff. Reasonable price. Cons- insufficient lighting in room, hand towel stand broken. No tea served even till checkout time at 7:45 am due to “no staff”!

it's was a nice stay staff was very helpful . everything is within 1.5 km range the only drawback was breakfast quality n quantity and options . else everything was great.🙂

Location- good. On the main road but in morning there is lot of noise of traffic in the rooms facing main road. Parking- can park 10 cars and many bikes. Food- delicious but most of the crockery was not clean. Food prices are nominal. Room- ok size room with good balcony. Washroom was big but they should put skirting near the shower area so that water don't move out everywhere. Flush is good. There was no shower gel but only shampoo in washroom.
