our stay in hotel lake hill was very awesome. staff was very cooperative and they provided us very good service. The hotel was neat and clean. Overall it was a happy stay with family.

Everything is terrible except the location which is great. We had to call the reception to even get water which was missing upon checking in. The TV doesn't work, no fridge available, washroom hooks are broken, bathroom jet doesn't work, bathroom exhaust doesn't work, the charging sockets are loose and the common passages are not kept clean either. They charge like a 4 star but the amenities does not even match a 1 star hotel. Please stay away.

Actual rooms were very much different then pictures shown, price don't justify the rooms, there was no parking facility, my SUV remain on road for 2 days , washrooms were so tiny that barely the place for bath. Bed mattress are fill with broken springs

Not advisable if you are looking to relax.

First, though lake facing but being on busy road lot of vehicle noise is present. Second, in front my room loudspeaker was present which got turned off at 1am in night. Not advisable for relax mode. Third the room present in app are not from first floor as street vendors can easily look inside your room. For privacy you need to use the curtains. Buffet brekafast is worst, Dinner is fine.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
