A Nightmare Stay – Requesting Refund

I’m shocked that this hotel claims to be 3-star. There was no air conditioning in the room, and frequent power cuts made the stay even worse. My room had only one socket to charge devices, and that wasn’t working either. The room was not cleaned, and the toilet was dirty. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing.
