It was terrible, the hotel didn't even had a facility of restaurant . The building was located in a very bad place. Please avoid it

Thank you for tour feedback, we have already mentioned that we do not have a restraunt in our make my trip page. We do provide room service and serve food in our guests room that they order from any restraunts. That takes extra efforts. People read it and plan thier stay accordingly. We have not recived any feeedback regarding our location yet as our hotel is located at a perfect location where people can chill away from crowd and still can view the lake and beautiful valley.

Situated in a prime location, just a short walk from the serene Bhimtal Lake, it offers easy access to major tourist destinations like Nainital, Mukteshwar, Almora, and Ranikhet. Nice and clean room. Property is near bhimtal lake.so restaurant, ATM is available. Location is fine but restaurant is not available in property.service is slow that’s the drawbacks

Thank you for staying with us. We do not have a restaurant as they are available near the lake and our guests prefer to walk to the lake and eat there with beautiful views. We only offer CP plans due to this reason. However, we do offer deliveries from the restaurants and serve the food so that our guests do not have to leave their comfort.

Due to certain situation, we needed the room early than check-in time and the owner tried their best to make that happen as other guests needed to check out. The service is also good. 1-2 things were missing from the room but the it's not a big deal. I would suggest the owner to have a small kitchen also as if the family is coming to stay, it is difficult for them to go down in city and get the food. Also, the view is good but not exactly lake view.

Hotel room services are equivalent to nothing, no basic amenities like ( soap,towel,dryer etc). in the night they would not even allow you to talk and watch televisions since their hotel management of (1 person) comes up to you with there so called guest complaint. overall hotel experience is not satisfying.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your stay. That said, we would like to clarify a few important details: Regarding the noise complaints, we received multiple concerns from other guests—primarily families—about loud television and conversations, particularly around 11:30 PM and beyond. Please note that quiet hours start at 10 PM, and signs are placed throughout the property to remind all guests. Despite this, your group was found sitting outside on the balcony and causing disturbances well past midnight. As stated clearly on our MakeMyTrip listing, we provide basic amenities such as soap and towels, which were already placed in your room at the time of check-in. Items like slippers and hair dryers are not included in our standard offering and were not advertised as such. Our hotel is not a resort, and expectations should be aligned with the price and category of the property. While we do have a team present at the property, we do not require multiple staff members to handle a single situation. In this case, our manager addressed the issue directly and respectfully. Our property is designed to provide a peaceful experience to all guests

Good location, clean rooms and prompt service

The hotel is 5 mins walk from Bheem taal. The upper floor rooms have the lake view. Rooms are all new or renovated, and clean. Service is prompt and customer friendly. Opportunities are: could keep a cloth iron to make it available to the guests. Access to the hotel can be improved by making it cemented.
