Stay and the location was very good. The food was delicious and the facilities were average.

The room was not properly cleaned and the toilet was unhygienic. This really affected the comfort of my stay.

Worst hotel experience of my life. This place is a complete scam under the name of a “Super Deluxe Room.” The chair, bedsheet, and towels were all dirty. There was no light the entire night. Even basic hospitality standards were missing — not even a complimentary water bottle was provided at check-in. I’m writing this review so that others don’t have to face the same problems I did. Avoid this hotel if you care about hygiene, comfort, or basic services.

Amenities poor even water bottle are not available in the room, views from the room amazing only this one is the plus point of the property not any switch borders are working

Very bad experience in hotel there rooms are like lodge. Jab m waha ruka to raat bhar light ja rhi hai na hotel par koi backup hai light ka na he jab bathing kr rha tha tab pani khatam ho gya tha very bad koi book mat karna !

Location is good. Limited food availability. One delux room was provided us was very small with iron road buildup bed.

The location and view from the property is excellent. Hotel is very good considering the pricing. The food options are limited but are tasty. Electricity is an issue sometimes but the owner responds.

Tv plan was not recharged and after requesting it was done but insisting again and again. Comod has no bump shower There was no geyser installed in washroom The staff did not provide any complimentary tea kettle tea bags drinking water, glasses, etc. After requesting they have provided water in jug and glasses. No staff came for housekeeping and cleaning the room or washroom. Food items for dinner or lunch was too much expensive. Eg the vegetable aloo sabzi was costing Rs.250 and plain rice was Rs.150. Switchboards were blown up having black marks on it but all were in working condition. Hotel was at very height and there was no conveyance to reach there and I struggled and reached nearby to Hotel and asked the staff to pick my wife and child downstairs and they have a bag they didn’t helped out me.

I had a very nice stay. the room was big enough, nice and clean. the balcony view was very awesome, could look at the lake. the bedsheets weren't clean. but the bed was comfortable, bathroom was also clean and okay. facilities provided were nice. Stay also had parking available. overall, everything was good. 4

1.hotel room is too dirty , 2.bed sheet dirty and dirty spots. 3. Washroom is smelling badly.water leakage from toilet sheet. 4.Food is low quality after eating breakfast get acidity. 5. totel hotel is running by 3 staff. 6. no intercom in room 7.all walls are full of spots and seepage. 8. not recommending to any one.

Hotel location was ok ,staff of hotel was very supportive but hygiene of blanket and washroom was not satisfactory

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was unclean, with used towels and a lack of basic amenities such as a dental kit, sufficient water bottles, and towels. The fans were not working, and the balcony door was damaged. The washroom and main door were in a state of disrepair. The service was extremely poor, and I had to contact the hotel . Even simple requests like warm water took 50-60 minutes to fulfill. I'm surprised have given this hotel multiple service awards, as my experience was subpar. I'm also puzzled as to why would categorize this hotel The only redeeming quality of this hotel is its location. However, that alone is not enough to compensate for the numerous issues I encountered. conduct a thorough review of this hotel and consider terminating their contract. Unless significant improvements are made, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

No drinking water provided by hotel. This hotel is located in hill station and inspite of this no hot water provided for bathing.

Lake is visible from this place. Good stay with low price with basic amenities were there.
