Room and toilet are dirty. food offered from roadside footpath vendor. tv not in work. price charged for complementary water bottle and tea. toilet flush was not working i booked 5 room s very disappointed with hotel as well as makrmytrip. makrmytrip is not giving solution for such horrible stay.

The single room is very bad just like some store room with dirty foot mats. the food is very average and is ordered from outside.

Very cooperative staff, clean place and comfortable stay. A good cook is required.

It was a great experience. The room had all the amenities and inclusions, and the staff were kind enough to provide breakfast on the day of arrival as we reached there early. The owners also told us that we don't have to pay for the extra breakfast. The food was great everyday - authentic homely north indian food. They also made us tea in the morning and evening. The owners were welcoming and we had great conversations with them. The only complaint i have is that the place is not cleaned enough like hotels are. Some doors and the fridge were dirty. The cupboard had old sheets and pillows. I don't take this as a huge deal as they don't have many employees to maintain the place. The main door was also very difficult to lock as the wooden door had expanded due to change in weather.

Experience was good, easy and comfortable. Room was not cleaned, tv not working, balcony view was good. Overall average experience. Best thing great staff polite and friendly.

Its was an awesome experience it was full of joy. Location is very good greenery around our room. Food was also good and ultimately it was an awesome experience. I will remember it for for as a great memory of my life.

Balcony is too small and shared for two rooms even chair and table in balcony was so normal and dirty there was smell in bathroom and exhaust was not working in the morning intercom was not working however staff was very helpful and polite room was bigger than expectation

This homestay is fantastic! the staff are outstanding and the view is awesome. The food is delicious, especially the home made chicken. I highly recommend it.

Location wise this property is very very good you can visit nainital, sattal and kanchi dham very easily because it's located in middle of these places. Room was very clean and hygienic, staff was very polite and good and food was also good as we stayed with lit t kids and they modified the food according to them which makes our trip nice. Highly recommended for family.

We have given non AC rooms, as per owner these are so called Deluxe room. It was waste of my hard earned money. Rooms which we have been charged are not worth than Rs. 1000, and I am looking forward to get a refund for this pathetic property.

The location of the property is good, you can easily find it. Staff is also very cooperative and helpful, you will get most of the things. Need more cleaning in rooms. Dust was easily visible around the amenities. Overall good.

The stay was decent. The location of the property was very far from the mentioned location on Google map. The things weren't available as per the expectation. The property is overpriced there are better options available at the same price. The caretaker was hospitable. I would suggest that they should lower the property rate and I will not recommend the property to others.

We have booked one deluxe and standard room but when we reached there they said we have only two standards. Firstly there have faked commitments secondly untidy staff zero cleanliness. We personally not remanded to stay there.

Perfect place to stay at Bhimtal. Food quality is good.
