I had an amazing time the staff were helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing — perfect for a getaway. I’d definitely love to come back

the room was not what was shown in the photo, and the room was very suffocating and had only 1 window. Didn't even stay there.

Staff is not cooperative. Cleaning of room is not up to the mark. But food is good. Amenities are not good.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel in bhimtal. They don't even have air conditioners in the rooms, making it very uncomfortable. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Property was good from outside, there was dust all over the room. In floor mats, on windows. Bedsheets were not clean

Front office staff was un aware of surroundings with little care to guest without any smile on face and unresponsive unlike in hospitality profession.

I booked this hotel for my parent's quick trip to the town. 1. They provided the wrong category room. On top of that, the categories by which they refer to the rooms are different from what's showcased on mmt. 2. Staff is untrained 3. Food is not of good quality

I selected a premium room with which they mention garden view and have shared pictures of a luxurious room with all the premium amenities. When I reached the property, they gave me a dingy, cold room in the basement with no ventilation provisions and the room lacked the amenities that they mentioned and shared the pictures for. Their pictures shared for the premium room are totally misleading. despite many other rooms with garden view were vacant. The toiletries they provided were used ones they didn't bother to change them before providing us the room. I paid ₹/ night for a premium stay which unfortunately they didn't bother to provide even after the pre-payment done. Earlier I had plans to stay overnight and have meals after reading the reviews but then I decided to leave the room early before the checkout time because of this service. All thanks to this hotel for ruining my small trip. Never will recommend anyone to book in this hotel, try other options nearby with better service and for lesser price.
