had a fantastic 2-day stay at Hotel Bougainville. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, well-maintained, and offered a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The location is perfect—peaceful yet conveniently close to local attractions. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in both the decor.

For a first time bookers of this hotel it is a little hard to locate. Also there contact info was approved only after the booking was completed. Otherwise the stay itself was pretty nice. The view was beautiful. Also the food was really good. The staff was really nice. The food was a little on the expensive side.

The only good thing about the Hotel Lake Paradise Inn is the location. It's right on the lake road. The hotel has no facilities nor any service to speak of. The room was clean, the towels were dirty, the electric kettle had rotting cooked Maggi inside it! The adjoining room was unoccupied so I thought I could borrow their kettle only to find it filled with some filth. There was just a single staff who was mostly busy sweeping the property. We arrived late and found there was no eatery in nor around the property. I pleaded the person to cook some food. He showed me the kitchen. It was not a pretty picture. Anyways after more than 2 hours he finished his cleaning tasks and eventually cooked us some food which was tasty. Adjoining the hotel there was a residential house having a jagran attended by lots of friends and family members, the approach road to the hotel was guarded by a zealous neighbour dog. It felt like I was staying in a marriage mandap. Just beside Lake Paradise Inn I see another hotel of a vastly different level and I wonder what made to make this horrible mistake. I realise how deceptive MakeMyTrip reviews can be.

Worst experience The view was good, but no staff, there was only a single man doing all jobs from sweeping to cooking. Cleanliness was the biggest problem. All bed sheets, pillow covers were dirty and on request they were changed. The room booked by us was already allotted by the property owner to someone else.Food was also not good. Overall rating would be very low. we had to stay and continue our booking as there was no other option for us at that time. Booking is not trust worthy as the pictures of room shown there does not match with actual and you have to pay extra for your stay.

The amenities which is mentioned was completely missing , no dustbin found in entire property , no extension to talk with reception, food was extremely bad , even thela wala food is much much better and much higenic, this property have single boy to handle , laundry, room service , and for making breakfast and dinner, view is good but no cleanness on property , spider web was spred on bedsheet, curton and in balcony.......not recomonding to family members ....might be good for unhigenic bechalor

I’m giving this review after 2.5 months because the property is literally so amazing... completely worth full ... Hotel’s Manager is so polite and helpful, their food was awesome, I had never tried this type of low masala food before.. it gives you feel like you are eating at your home... their bhaji puri was so amazing..and the view from terrace was so so beautiful 😍😍I loved it and I gave training to my team leaders from the terrace because the night view was so lovely .. Most recommend property ❤️🤝.. if you ever visit this property then must try their Aalo puri ( Bhaji puri)

Rooms are clean. Washroom is clean. Main support for baby food. They give kitchen for making baby food. Lake view is excellent. Property owner is humble. They arrange cab driver for us. Overall anyone can visit.
