It is not the real name of hotel with which they are selling rooms. It is actually a lodge with name The Luk Hotel instead The new luk hotel. They are selling rooms with different name on multiple channels. with a price difference of nearly 4 times for same rooms. Even breakfast what they included , giving bread toast only😟. As per me, rooms more than 2K should have minimum quality so booked this one. Which I found less than 1 K on another for same rooms 😟

Congested room, unclean bed and linens, geyser timing is post 7 am, no intercom, they would take order of food only if there is multiple orders from other guests else will not provide, they literally yelled at me for booking tour vehicle from outside as i preferred sedan over wagon r in same cost

The rooms are very tiny and overpriced. Not well maintained! the manager is very rude and good enough to spoil your day. However the staff was polite and well mannered. Overall a bad experience!
