hotel is very good, step service excellent good behaviour.

food is fantastic, it's exactly like homemade. Room and amenities are there. They also provide extra blankets,so that you don't feel cold. 10 mint walking distance from mall road. It's located near Darjeeling DIGP's Catherine Villa,So you will feel safe.

Disappointed with the bathroom situation. Expected a private en-suite, but it was a shared facility d. Inconvenient and lacked privacy

Actually we reached by 14th July around 8 pm , location was terrific, our cab was not permissible to park infront of their entrance. They don't have attached bathroom n toilet with the room, they had common bathroom n toilet that also not in western comod. And lastly there had a network issues, which was a big problem. Without network how can one nightstand in the homestay... So totally poor and terrific Experience we had . Totally unexpected.

It is too higher hill side area from Mall road n communication is very poor. main thing is facility provide by the Owner they any time Switch off the Geyser. In my experienced, I found 3rd class facility from them.

The view from the room did not match the images and description provided on the booking portal, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the room itself was smaller than what was advertised, making the stay less comfortable than anticipated.

The location of the homestay was at a certain height that I was not aware of at the time of booking. I had requested assistance from the caretaker which was refused even though they had sufficient people in place. As the location of the homestay was in a steep area and we were finding it difficult to carry the luggage. The food served was not up to the mark. I had requested for a bathroom mattress that was refused. Overall I had a bad experience staying at the homestay.

first of all the rooms shown in the picture are not the same room given to us and overall terrible experience, staff behaviour is bad and rooms are not properly cleaned ,bad smell coming from room. management is bad. the bedsheets had stains and horrible poop smell.

The location and accessibility of this homestay were very poor. No privacy as open kitchen and common dining area is in front of the rooms. The main entrance is with a narrow staircase, so it is very risky for kids and old age people, and even for anyone, if carrying luggage. The owner is very casual and uncooperative. No TV, a lot of power cuts, and even many times, there is no water supply in the toilet.

Wrost experience ever within half hour I check out..

home stay is far from market and you need to climb mountains and stairs to reach this location.rooms are small and having some bad smells.Even the water supply is also not there in the bathroom and book only if you want to stay in room

the homestay was horreble no room heater was there if you ask they will charge more for this and the room are very small the door of the room are full not touched to ground all winds are coming inside the rooms in winter 🥶 don’t take it you will be die there in the rooms so bad experience of mine
