Navira Hills Rishikesh

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at what was supposed to be a luxury hotel with breathtaking views. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by poor service and subpar amenities. *Major Issues:* - *Uncooperative Staff*: The service personnel seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns, making the entire experience feel unwelcoming. - *Dirty Rooms*: The rooms were not up to the expected standards of cleanliness, with dirty fixtures and unappealing surroundings. - *Poor Facilities*: Despite the hotel's luxurious claims, the facilities were lacking, and basic necessities weren't readily available. - *Lack of Reception*: The absence of a proper reception area added to the inconvenience, particularly since my original ID cards weren't taken for verification. Given the hotel's promise of luxury and stunning views, the reality was far from expectations. If you're considering staying at this hotel, be prepared for potential disappointments. Luxury hotels should prioritize service, cleanliness, and amenities to justify their reputation and pricing.

the properties has all modern amenities and well trained staff has beautiful views. it's worth to stay here

The overall experience was great. I visited with my parents and they enjoyed the peace, calm and beautiful views. Great hospitality and service.

First of all the site road was terrible, service and room was average. everytime we need to go cafe or reception for any thing. we picked the luggage by own so all over not good experience but view was awesome.

Experience was good.. the view gets 10/10... room was spacious... the main problem we faced that they had only one chef who was not available that day so we had limited food options.. the staff was very polite and cooperative.

Property is no doubt wonderful... but there are 2 routes to reach at the location & one is really scary ( shown by Google Map) & an inexperienced driver can find it really difficult to reach the hotel. Suggestion :- hotel should put the other route on their site, so tourists can find it easy to locate.

A different experience at an offbeat location. A cool and calm atmosphere. Staffs were helpful. Advising travellers to reach the location during day time as the approach road of this location will require adventurous ride with decent off-roading.

Navira Hills is an amazing property that we found through Instagram. It has beautiful and well maintained plus super clean domes that we stayed in. The Staff and the owner of the property are great people and we loved the food quality served. The view of Rishikesh from the property is breathtaking. There might be some off roading when anyone travels but it’s highly recommended!

While the location is fantastic, it is a lot of effort to reach this place and also average overall service by the staff.
