Don't book this hotel online payment because if you do so, then the guy at the hotel will say that he don't accept and acknowledge the online payment and said you to cancel your booking. They only accept pay at hotel Don't stay in this hotel with your family because a lot of people who booked this hotel is couples. It was a terrible experience

The worst place to stay. Staff is not very cooperative. Specially for Non-Tamilians, this is not the perfect place. No room cleaning. Room service is worst.

6 of our friends travelled. It says service apartment but no service was available. Rooms were not clean. It was like staying in a lodge. It was not that satisfying for the money. Restaurant was there but it was not that good.
