Hotel JSK Residency INN By F9 Hotels

The hotel is not there it is been closed for last 3 weeks or so as i got to know when i reached. It was one of my worst experience as my meeting got delayed due to this. I only want refund of this booking as soon as possible.

Room main dirty. Washroom not clean that’s a different room n washroom which they showing. They are not giving breakfast too

I felt like booked an OYO room. very. unhygienic.

sir i had booked jsk hotel , However, the hotel staff transferred me to Oyo hotel on Kailash Colony side

It was pathetic. There was cockroaches and mouse in my room also manager wasn't helpful.

Most horrible experience. Dirty rooms, filthy and leaking washrooms with dysfunctional taps and faucets. Dirty linin, which was not replaced. Staff behaviour very rude. We were not served breakfast in spite of having been paid for in advance.

After check-in in a few hours police come into the hotel and said empty rooms we are closing this hotel

I had called several times in order to change my dates, every time i called they put me on hold and agents called me saying the hotel is not picking the call. The modification request was before 11 am in the morning before the check in. Such bad experience

Not a good experience because no cleaning and not good food service is very poor. I find this property make my trip and i face many probblem or finnaly came this hotel

Worst experience ever. Mm t confirmed my booking but hotel staff says that there is no room vacant. I could not cancel the booking because it was non refundable. They sent me to their other hotel which was not appropriate for me. That was also not worth the amount paid.

There was no problem during stay period but not giving check in was very bad whereas booking and payment was already done. Jsk management was denied completely to give check in. It was your interference wich get me checked in. So thanks you make my trip to help me.

We didn't stay there. Requested for refund and cancellation

Location of the property is bad situated in a small area and not good for family. Lift is not working and manager's behaviour with customer was not good at starting at the time of entry.

I was not given breakfast and the hotel was very dirty

There were a lot of irresponsible for customer requirements in the guest house there was no hot water for bathing etc.

Washroom door is broken, rooms are not cleaned. Dirty bedsheet, pillow cover, overall the room was dirty. Very disappointed with the room service too. They don’t provide even the water. I asked little warm water for my kid but they disagreed to give. Worst experience. You should cancel this hotel.
