Hotel Ark Wood At Indira Gandhi International Airport

The hotel was completely different from the photos that they had posted and the representative was rude and asked for the OTP and was trying to log into my account and try to give 5 star reviews by himself and then the room also was completely different. they have posted photos and I strongly believe that this hotel should be unlisted. Pathetic experience

Amazing experience, would love to stay here again, it's very much affordable and budget friendly for budget travellers. It's not too far from major attractions in tashkent plus public transport is super inexpensive here. There's super market about 200 meters from the hostel also some delicious local restaurants nearby.

Wasn't a good experience. There were bed bugs and uncleanliness. Also staff was slightly rude. also misleading information about payment. Maybe it should be more transparent

Worst hotel and the reception boy is too drunk daymmm...... and he do very misbehave.. and he demanding for very extra pay.... and change your staff.. so i don’t like your place and i moved to another hotel..

This property do not exist in the real world. I was booked it online with prepaid and confirmed it from manager who was really rude on call itself. With family at 2 am I was searching for its location but it was just showing in google map but not on ground. I canceled booking and now waiting for refund. If it will refunded still I will loosing 500 all total with midnight trouble which was punishment for selecting this property for stays.

I have booked Ark wood hotel but they given rooms in another hotel and worst thing is Brakefast was given in third hotel. Brakefast was very bad.

This is a property run by fake people .. let me share my real experience here- 1. When I reached the hotel, they told me that rooms are full .. they will shift me to some other hotel .. i was waiting for few mins then they forcefully shifted me to other cheap property named as Hotel Classic Paradise.. 2. After this the manager was forcing me to share one Otp and fighting with to share credentials. They want to write the review for my trip I was really very stressed and tortured after this conversation. 3. Then after entering the room, it was full of mosquitoes, strains on bed , not working geyser and many other problems.. whole night i could not sleep..

Don't visit this hotel. The staff's were very rude and not responsive. Also they didn't provide the complimentary breakfast. Totally waste..
