A stay was very good and nice hospitality and a very nice location but the swimming pool was were not like good because its cold and there is very cold water in swimming pools they have to fill warm water

The stay was horrible! Food was disgusting and over priced ! Qty was not sufficient , even the morning tea i ordered in my room was just sugar water with tea leaves! I booked my room for 3pax and while checking in they told me to pay for one extra person! Lolz i will never recommend to go in this hotel

Overall it was nice just letting us check in took so long like they had rooms available still they were asking us to wait

I've stayed in the hotel and location is good. But the room is not sound proof and alot of noice comings out side the door and from the road as well, we hardly relax until l noice come. There are some weddings going on near by and it's too noisy, it's horrible to take rest and also received the noise of other room and gallery people who are talking. O the amenities and service are good

Location wise good but compare to other Marriott the rooms are on upto that mark, even food was ok but over expensive.

Food was horrible. Their was no taste in food. As it was christmas all desserts were designed accordingly but all desserts were horrible in taste. I have been to welcome by itchy narmada and their experience was awesome. And rooms here in marriott were small. Towels were having some bad smell.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience we had during our recent stay at your hotel. While there were some positive aspects, the initial impression was far below expectations and left us frustrated and exhausted. We arrived around 9:30 PM for a late check-in, already tired from our journey. Despite this, the check-in process was unbearably slow, taking more than an hour. By 10:30 or 10:45 PM, we were still waiting for an extra bed that we had requested an hour earlier. To make matters worse, the room key card didn’t work, and the luggage delivery was excessively delayed. This chaotic start meant we were unable to sleep properly, adding further exhaustion to an already tiring day. Frankly, the entire check-in experience was a disaster and set a very poor tone for our stay. While breakfast the next morning was pleasant, with good food and attentive service I wanted to ensure that these concerns are noted and addressed so that future guests—and hopefully us, if we choose to return—will not have to face the same issues.

Excellent experience at courtyard marriott. We stayed just as a transit stop on our way from pune to udaipur. But the overall stay was absolutely delightful. Cleanliness and service was top notch. Food quality very good.

Service level is far below Marriott brand . Personally requested Make my trip and Hotel authorities for Room upgrade with payment but not single word from both agencies . Worst experience for me

Property was decent, but the quality of room for the price was not upto the mark. I had breakfast included in my stay and both the days the breakfast menu was 95% same and the food served was completely cold and undercooked on both the days. Had a very poor experience at the time of checking into the hotel as well. Overall a very poor experience. Expected better from Marriot.

Location of hospital is good but it was not up to the mark as Marriott hotel standard , few of the staff was very rued, standard room view was not good as described , bath room was aukward as there was no mirror in washroom , food was good in hospital the only amenities which I like .

Should be 1*hotel. No water in the bathroom during morning so couldn’t took bath. Also there was no apology for this inconvenience. Very unprofessional staff

It was good. The room we chose was smaller than we expected and it was without balcony. For food we could not find our choice of pizza
