Location is good. We didn't eat anything as we were there for a family function. Room was ok. Only the bed was queen size and we we had a small kid 3yrs. So we had difficulty sleeping on the small bed. The bed sheet was also a bit dirty. Bathroom was clean. Otherwise it's a good property just needs a little maintenence.

familyIt was my first time i booked ebony residency, and trust me i was really not expecting such a lovely atmosphere, right from the receptionist mr. Maherban he is such a polite and welcoming. Then once i got into the apartment i was surprised because it was quite a good spacious area with lot of amenities. Right from the couch n television area, the kitchen part really attracted me. Oven, dish washer, built in induction stove and water filter. A lovely room and i can’t count everything just awesome experience with their service apartment. I’ll surely prefer staying there.

This place is ideal for family. Does not allow local people to stay and unmarried couples are not allowed. The rooms are very cosy and perfect for short stay. Very very clean and well maintained food quality was very good although variety was less nevertheless it's worth the price. I paid rs 280 for lunch and 350 for dinner
