FabHotel Wooden Park - Nr DLF IT Park, Ramapuram

This hotel stay was not as expected. not a good choice hotel. very bad service, Rooms are ok , it is not seems to a hotel similar to a hostel, no restaurant near by . I'm totally un happy with this hotel

no car parking space.split beds caused difficult for kids. Ac did not work at all gave F4 error and we had to sleep in humid sweat opening the windows and doors. neither the reception picked up the call not anyone to change the room. the ac was dirty and 12 times back to back calls to the hotel reception and 3 times calls to mmt also did not help. paid too much for a non ac room and they dint even compensate or partial refund also. as it was midnite and due to extreme 13hr travel we adjusted . very bad and its really a scam showcasing 4star rating for theese.. Fab chains are not worthy..

It was a great experience with Fabhotel Wooden Park, All staff (including front office) are very polite and well behaved. The room was very spacious, neat and clean along with all bathroom amenities. During departure Mr. Murugesan (GM) met with me and he shared his courtesy to explore new by famous places. Thank you team!

Room was decent. However bathroom floors were slippery. Even though they mopped couple of times we still felt it as slippery. It doesn't have laundey bags. Breakfast option even though available was available quite late so we didn't use it.

Hotel is not fully developed, works are in progress. I was allotted first room number 104, ac was not working and the room was smelling cigarette they have not cleaned before alloting. Upon informing they shifted me to another room 202 which is also not cleaned and the leftovers were visible when reached the room. Sheets were of dirt. It was including breakfast and they serve it from outside and the quality of food is not good. Staff not are not responsive and few were lying over sofas in hallway.

Breakfast is not available and no proper room service and no proper car parking. No daily cleaning asked my hotel service. No hangers for clothes to hang. In almirah or door back side. Putting everything on chairs. No dustbin in room throw trash
