Collection O Mount Road Rich Mount Near Marina Beach

Room condition is not up to the mark as seen in the pics, they asked us to pay additional of 721- rupees more, when we reached there. As per them mm t rate was not valid hence we have to pay, mm t charged us for breakfast but this hotel didn't have a kitchen facilities, hence we request you to please survey your self before recommending the hotels. Now we feel like cheated. 1st time felt very pathetic about this trip. No pics available

No parking facility no laundry facility no food facilities room smell very bad collect extra churches 300 rupees then morning breakfast is not provide i will book in makemytrip breakfast including but hotel it's not providing food complimentary to 500 ml water bottle only stay in very bad experience

It was good hotel, rooms were clean, nicely ventilated, and a good location. I stayed there for about a week.

Hotel is not in a good location, even it is very difficult to find restaurant for food. No service was provided, neither room cleaning also.

No proper sewerage system, water coming out in bathroom. Water likeage from jet spray all the time. Bed is not clean atall. It seems like this hotel is used in wrong purpose, boys and girls are coming there and staying for only 2/3 hrs. And go. Family people can't stay there. Overall very bed experience and most of the time bed smell coming in entire hotel.
