  The property is located in a serene location with all amenities. It is walking distance from the beach. The location is perfect for having a peaceful time and also accessible to beautiful beaches, shacks, and nightlife. The place is beautiful, scenic, and literally 3 minutes walk from the beach. The location was very calm and full of greenery. It is close to Ashvem beach, one of the scenic beaches of Goa. The place is situated at a very serene place, close to Ashwem, Mandrem, and Morjim beaches. Each day we spent on these beaches. Lots of food joints and shops are close to the property. The location is nice, privately tucked away but close enough to the main road.

• Cleanliness

  The property is neat and clean. The bedroom and toilet were clean. The apartment is big and sparkling clean. The living room was not as clean as the bedroom. The cleanliness was up to the mark. The place is clean, well-maintained, and a great deal for the cost. The apartment is really nice, clean, and comfortable. The place is cozy and perfect for a short stay. The place is close to Ashwem beach, a clean and hygienic place. The place is safe and doesn’t seem shady at all even though it is in a bit remote area. The apartment is very clean and comfortable.

  Johnny, the host, is very good and polite. He is a very helpful and kind host. He made sure to take us around the first days and to help us out with anything we needed. Johnny is a superb person who is not only a great host but also a helpful friend and guide. Johnny is a cool guy, always available for any kind of help and very accommodative. Johnny is an outstanding host, very much concerned about his guests, and always ready to help. Johnny is a very helpful host and responds very quickly for any information or any problem. Johnny is an amazing host, friendly, fast, and clear communication. Johnny is a generous host who helped us not only with our stay at his place but also with procuring groceries, scooty, and taxi rentals. Johnny is a very accommodative host. We could not check-in until late, but Johnny ensured we were checked in without any hassle and also arranged for great food at 12 AM! Thank you for all the help, Johnny! We enjoyed staying at your apartment.

The apartment is very close to the beach, market, and nice cafes. The apartment is spacious and homely with all amenities. The apartment is in a lovely location right near a beautiful and quiet beach.
