*CHEAP* *Hillarious* ! One of the worst services that I have received an entire Vietnam, I regret coming and planning a stay in Ho Chi Minh City just because of this hotel, one of the worst and very disrespectful and non-understanding people in this hotel, as as staff, they do not care who you are, the entire city runs on tourist and these people disrespect tourist people from India. Kindly take a note of this. You do you do not get scanned by these people and you do not take us stay around this corner or in this hotel. They do not have any services available. Specially we made sure we had an early flight so we told them we won’t be taking the breakfast on the next day while checkout we wanted one day prior and it was just about fruits and bread butter since vegetarian and vegan. They denied on that fact, they said no. Even if you are leaving tonight, we cannot offer you early breakfast and they are not even being trying to understand what we have been through with the entire journey of eight days we were tired, but these people are worst. They do not understand. Please do not book this hotel ever a strong suggestion. From the person standing on the gate for the security, he did not allow us allow our car to come. He did not help us to get down our luggage even while entering the reception. He did not take any bags from us and we were directed that you keep your bags to keep your bags there we had minimum 3.5 suitcases, but all they do is they Expect tips . I request mmt to remove them and not suggest such hotels .

I stayed in room 867 the shower was not working. After changing room other room had soo much smell. Also reception staff was not helping. I had to take medicine i asked for water bottle they told me will give you when housekeeping will make your room. I told them.

Old property and old furniture but decently maintained. Average food and they charge additional money for children above 12 yrs. Nothing great but was ok as I just had to spend a night for my trip to Phu Quoc. Mark the bell boy is great and talks nicely to the guests.

The hotel was not value for money. It was infested with cockroaches. The air conditioner made terrible noises. The breakfast wasnt that great either. The staff was also not helpful, just very money minded and despite paying we got below par services and amenities

our stay at this hotel was far from pleasant. we checked out late at night with our family, and there was no one to assist with our luggage—no bellboy to help during checkout. to our surprise, the security deposit was our passport, something i've never encountered at any hotel, anywhere. the breakfast spread was underwhelming, and they even served tea sauces for breakfast—without even a quarter plate! the staff were far from cordial. overall, a disappointing experience..

the property is near air port....in district 1 of ho chi minh, centrally located, mall,restaurants temples nearby,. indian food was available but vietnamese flavour cooked by vietnamese chef 😋, plates other Indian cutlery was not available. but every thing was neat and clean, adjusted . staff are cooperative and good behave.
