Great location, helpful staff members. While it would appear that the hotel is in a congested place but then that's where the vibe is!

The hotel staff is very friendly and cleanliness well maintained. A budget friendly excellent hotel with all major spots on walking

Location is very good.... food is ok as i am vegetarian so there is less items to eat, facilities - swimming pool is very beautiful, games activity and staff nature is friendly..

The room was average, we knew what we were booking but the size was absolutely tiny and appropriate for only a one night stay where you spend the day outside. That said the hotel offered everything that one needs and had a very well appointed shower and washroom. the hotel is right on the corner of beer street, so it's close to everything in the old quarter and there's loads to discover by walking alone.

Very friendly staff. Decent spread for breakfast buffet. Big rooms (for a solo traveller anyway). The swimming pool is totally worth it. Only slight complaint is they charged a cleaning fee (170k vnd) for some very minor spillage on their sheets. I found it a little odd, especially since my stay there was 2 weeks so a little spillage is unavoidable unless you just don't eat on the bed. which is what i did from that point on. otherwise, great stay.

The room was good with all the basic amenities. They also provided welcome cookies. Reception is reachable and responsive. Although not much options for vegetarian food.

The Rex Hanoi Hotel was all about experience!, The warm , friendly and so very helpful staff. A big shout out to Kim from the front desk. She has been exceptionally and super helpful. Since the moment I choose this hotel , she has been very patient and answered all my questions to put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable. Great Job Kim !! The rooms are super comfortable , spacious and very elegant. The location of the hotel is fab and most of the places are walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast is exception with a lot of variety and friendly staff !! Loved my stay and definitely coming back to the hotel .

The hotel is in a perfect location in old quarter, walking distance to beer street and the lake. The service is good and the breakfast spread was really nice. They have a rooftop bar at the 15th floor which gives nice city views. The rooms are small though without any balcony and only a small window for superior room. Though most hotels in old quarter are like that.

Hotel did not match the description. Rooms were small and stuffy. Indoor swimming pool had no temperature control and water was freezing cold. The location of the hotel was good though. Centrally located and close to all tourist spots. Food could have been better.

The pics do not match the actual room. the rooms have no windows. You literally have to sleep in a box.

The hotel is very well located and is in the middle of all activities in the old quarter. A 16 storied hotel with lift up to 12 th and the stairs to reach the pool table, swimming pool, restaurant and the open air bar and grill. At the time of check-in we were allotted a very small room. After shifting there we realised that the room was not big enough to even accommodate us and our luggage. So i showed them the details of my booking after a deliberation they moved us to a slightly bigger room. Which also lacked amenities mentioned on the make my trip application. The staff is courteous especially the boys working there. The breakfast is greatand well laid out. .

Too small rooms, inside narrow alley, very small beds. Decent service, breakfast was good.

I found the hotel rooms to be too cramped up. There was no place to keep the luggage or hang anything. However the staff was very courteous and helpful
