Review Of New World Hotel

My experience were terrible with this hotel, the place is too dirty, cigarette smoke is everywhere and the staff is too unresponsive in my hotel voucher the check-in time was 2 pm but when we reach hotel we found that 3pm and this is not it. They took another 2 hours to gave us a key and the reason they saying is room is not available yet.

Poor service staff also not provided very poor service I dont like Hotel and service

The location is good. It is near the Grand St. Subway station. Staff behaviour is also good and friendly. But check in time is 3pm with check out time 11am. No facilities in the hotel. I had heavy luggage with me. I got a room in 5th floor. I had to carry my luggage to 5th floor and then to ground floor the next day while checking out. Although they saw me struggling nobody helped. No elevators. Nobody gave water in my room. Internet was working fine. Not a proper hotel. I wouldn't recommend.

Though this hotel is in Manhattan, the worlds most popular destination, the quality and service is almost not there. I stayed there for 4 days, during this time room was not cleaned even on single occasion. Room size is 4' wide and 8' long, like an jail. Do not ever recommend this hotel to any body.

The room was not as shown in picture, no any restaurant nearby, the travelling to hotel was also not easy it cost more than 50 dollars to travel there, it was chinese dominant area, but in ad it shows indian dominant which is absolutely wrong.
