Hotel is closed down and we had to shift to another hotel.

The location is great and perfect, the facilities and service were poor with reception being downright rude and having little to no facilities, food wasn't even offered, not recommended to anyone who prefers good service and eating in

Location is fantastic. Very close to times square. Amenities are poor. Same is service. While it was cold outside, there was no provision for ensuring the room temperature is maintained. Even after asking for help, didn't receive any help.

The location was excellent and couldn't be any better. Right on times square. The breakfast is not worth it, as there is no seating buffet, there is only a coffee shop, which gives only take aways. Prefer to go out and eat. For the rest everything was great. The rooms were big and specious as i had taken corner room.

The room was average considering we were 4 of us. Would have expected a bigger room. Also there should be provision for early check-in without charging exorbitant amounts. The room service provided was good.

It was great value for me. Perfect for a solo woman traveller alone in the city. Staff is very friendly. Very pleasant stay.

The difference in daily room tariff between “only room” and “room with b’fast” was usd 55, and we selected with b’fast. This was a ripoff since crowne plaza does not offer buffet b’fast, but just daily credit of only usd 40 for a coffee shop in their premises. Yes, that’s usd 15 lower than what we paid extra. Further, no veg salad not sandwich was available for the 5 days we stayed. That’s a ripoff and total cheating. Rooms also do not have refrigerator.

Great stay with all essential required room is decent size and you get all the shopping and restaurant near by

We had to extend our stay by one more night due to a health issue and oh my, evelyn (hope i’m spelling her name correctly) was more than accommodating and helpful. She even arranged a kettle and a few water bottles for us. It was an absolute delight to stay at the crowne plaza, on the 26th floor with the view of the city+times square. Everything was perfect.

I think crown plaza in times sqaure is by far the best property at a very affordable price and richness stay. The rooms are excellent and the staff is very helpful. I had 3 nights stay and i found it to be very comfortable.

The receptionist was so rude. It looked like i am checking free of cost. I get to the hotel 12. 30 pm. Treatment of receptionist was not good. He blocked 150 $ from my card which i have not received till date. Although they give 3 water bottles per day free of cost. No toiletries in toilets i will not recommend the property

It’s very close to the main happening theatres, restaurants and rockefeller. Just two minutes from times square

Location was outstanding right next to times square. Room size is also big compared to other hotels.

Everything was perfect and good but why was i charged hidden charges

Yes. The hotel is over hyped to the price they charge. We have to keep on asking for water bottle all the time. Even after cleaning room they were not replacing soaps n shampoo. Everything we have to ask. Also height of the room was very less like basement. No kitchen n breakfast is adding more problems. After paying so much hotel is not worth it.
