Staff r excellent but rooms very Small.

The location is closer to the airport. I found two major drawbacks. Lockers are not provided and drinking water facilities are not available on all floors. It is only available on the ground floor.

Good comfy bed, clean room and bathroom. Did not take breakfast or dinner. It is slightly more expensive and with easy access to Airport terminals by London buses. Overall a good stay for me.

My stay at IBIS London Heathrow Airport was a complete disaster. There was a heatwave in London last week with temperature soaring to early 30s and the Air conditioning was not working in the room at all. I was allocated room on 5th floor. On raising this with the hotel staff, they said that the rooms are not equipped with air con. So I am quite surprised that why is aircon mentioned while booking the room at MMT. I had blocked this property to have a good night sleep as I had my morning flight and wanted to be closer to the airport. Overall a horrible experience and wouldn't recommend anyone.

The hotel is situated in a place which is very near to the airport at the same time connected well to the city through bus+Tam services. The facilities are excellent. I stayed there for 3 nights, and enjoyed the Breakfast. The staff was very co-operative. There are direct buses to the airport almost every hour, so very convenient to go to the airport. The rooms were very cozy.

Good stay helpful staff nearby to heathrow airport and nearest bus stop is at harlington. Do carry toiletries

Location is good, near to heathrow airport, food ok, no intercom in rooms & house keeping deptt often forgets making beds & changing bedsheets

Reception wasn't good on arrival. Indifferent attitude trainees not even trying. Not providing complimentary water bottles is another level of non sense. There is no in house laundry or dry cleaning services - mmt specifically mentions availability of these services. It would be nice if these are verified. The bed was horrible - just sinks down to the floor once you lay down.

Great place to stay. Close to airport and well connected by bus & tube. Staff was very helpful and provided us with room earlier than check in time considering the long flight we had. Breakfast & Food was very good. The rooms much smaller than expected but good enough if you just have to sleep in and spend most of the time outside.

Smallest of rooms and bathroom. Small beds. Near to the airport with paid shuttle bus available which take 30 minutes to reach to the airport. Check in smooth.

Ibis has courteous staff. Well planned breakfast. Daily amenities. Room sizes are also comfortable. Clean n hygienic environment

This property was near the heathrow airport, and rooms were spacious. We had just one night stay and we enjoyed it. We will certainly stay for longer peridot next time.

It is budget hotel, so don't expect world of services, didnt had mineral water also, despite being mentioned in the voucher. Paid parking. But nearer to airport is a plus.

Dont go ibis hotel so bad service so bad hotel so bad ac. Dont go there, for relax just sleep at road corner but dont go ibis

There was a bit of confusion initially as they said that payment had not come through from mmt. Later on they said they would sort it out with mm t because i had indicated that i had already paid.

Room was clean but basic amenities not provided. Bus shuttle was also no there on the given time. Had to wait for 25 minutes

Small rooms but expected that. Good for a night. Decent spread for a breakfast. Easy accessibility, clean rooms, hot water.

Too small rooms, not even enough space to keep luggage struggled a lot with my single check in bag and a hand bag.

Beware of the front desk scamming you as they will never give you the room you have booked instead they will try to convince you to stay at a cheaper room. Thus if you book a room with a front view they will come-up with a story and will never give you that room and you end-up paying for a premium room staying in a cheap room at the last remote end of the hotel.

Nice hotel and very near to airport. Hotel staff is very co operative and there hospitality is fantastic
