Review Of Phi Phi Long Beach Resort & Villa

It was a great stay. You have a peaceful beach to yourself. The food options were also great as well. But the room do not have telephones.

The food is fine. But the property has problems like doors get jammed, AC doesn't work. The view especially from the first few rooms is to die for. Should definitely visit.

Services were poor... Only location was good but except location the room and room services were quite bad and because of this bad experience we checked out one day before of our stay

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was particularly welcoming and helpful, and the restaurant staff were very attentive. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was so comfortable it felt like home. We were pleasantly surprised by the fresh and tasty options at breakfast, and the hotel's location is incredible!

Hotel location is good. It’s 10 min by boat from Ton sai Bay. Beach touch hotel. Room is descent. Food is ok. For vegetarian options are limited. Staff is helpful.

The location is excellent, it has a quiet private beach with crystal clear water. We found the staff very helpful and understanding. You can easily walk to the beach behind the hotel and watch the sunrise. Breakfast could have been better by having some options for Indian tourists.

Awesome experience. Location and views are really outstanding. Hotel provide pick up facility from the phi phi ferry stop by boat.

My stay was okayish. The rooms were not well maintained. The washroom was stinking all the time. The ac gave up on us in the middle of the night and next day it took them 3 hours to fox it. There was dust on the tables and chairs. No phone for room service. I would not strongly recommend this place to anyone. The only good thing was the view from the room was great.

Hotel is good but there is no room service or a land phone to contact reception. Away from the main island so we had to pay extra to travel by boat.

I found the property is really good and the staff is helpful and it is in front of the beach which is help you to access the local market easily!

Nice resort but far from main maket an island addl cost of going to the main market with limited eating options specially for vegetarian people. They arranged pick up free but not drop

For indians, breakfast is a survival option at phi phi and the resort had good breakfast. As resort didn’t have options for lunch and dinner, we had to go to nearby restaurant which was expensive. Phi phi town market was far from the resort therefore, you would need to spend 200 bahts to reach to town and have more food options

Location is quite, beautiful and room is extra spacious but you won’t get food other than breakfast

The resort is amazing with breathtaking view and luxurious rooms. My villa had a cute plunge pool as well. The breakfast didn't have a lot of options yet whatever was there was scrumptious. The only glitch was that the resort service was a bit delayed and the dinner time was restricted to 8pm. But it had a lot of dinning options in the surroundings. If one is looking for a lay-ed back relaxed stay this is the best place to stay.

It's nice hotel on the Beach with nice open air bar. Nice place to sit and have few drinks with the breeze and sound of Sea waves

Resort is just on the Beach. Had a amazing stay.

Room was ordinary and had a lot of insects. Staff was friendly. Did not have much of vegetarian options for breakfast. Not Worth the money I paid.

I visited this resort with family during the last week of December 2018. The staff was very courteous and extended a warm welcome to us. The location of this resort is just awesome and worth all the money that I spent. They also picked us up from Tonsai pier and took us to the resort in a long tail boat which is an experience in itself.
