Review Of Pattaya Sea View Hotel

Room was good. Complimentary Breakfast can be improved. Room service should be improved. Prices on Water Bottles, Beverages..etc are too high.

Rooms were clean and spacious .specially the breakfast was good and all tourists attraction are nearby

One of the best things that I have ever availed, groom we opted for was overlooking ocean was a very good experience. Very close to Pattaya Beach and Main Road to Love to stay in this hotel.

Great location, great rooms, be careful with the extra charges. A key lost is worth 300 bahts, a broken plate is $ charges will add up.

Right from the check in everything was perfect, the location, the welcome drinks, the staff, the interior deco and we even had a perfect view of the beach from our room.

I've stayed in this hotel before and this hotel is nice. Room was clean with good view. Most of the staffs were nice but i must mention that there was guy name pom at the reception who was very unprofessional and bit rude to us specifically. We arrived at dawn and as per hotel rules rooms are being provided at 2pm. We casually requested if little bit earlier he can provide the room but he said that there are guests in the room we've booked. We said ok no problem and my wife was trying to take rest at the couch but he suddenly said to sit straight in the couch & the tone was very rude. We asked if there is any other room until 2pm & we can pay for the same. Then he told that we can get into our room paying early check in fees. He could have told me that earlier. We paid extra 2000baht and got the room. A couple of days later we asked for a wake up cal and mr pom failed to call us at the said time & after almost 35 mins he called us & his 'sorry ' was casual & professional. Except this wake up cal incident & the check in time behavior of mr pom everything else was good. All the other staffs were really nice to us.

Rooms not at all clean hairs everywhere ( bed, washroom ) extra charges paid for guest, 1 st hotel in pattaya where i paid money for guest visit. Worst staff.

Location was very good but staffs were very irritating and impolite. Housekeeping staffs were thieves and they have stolen few of our valuable items by opening lock of the room in our absence.

He went extra charges for this hotel when coming my friend

Food was good, rooms are good too but the service is very poor. No service from evening time. Housekeeping service is not at all satisfactory.

They don't know english properly they don't keep the dental kit etc if we ask for an extra towel they don't provide

Nice hotel with the good location of the pattaya city near by nightlife and they have staff good speak english i had many happy together with family in this situation like this is a good choice for holiday
