Hello, it is not good stops or not good. He is asking for extra payment. You are is there you are paying one day trip you're not my so you can pay extra payment is asking extra payment also given so it's not good.

The hotel is neat and clean. the property is on a good spot, closer to the beach with a lot of free space to move around. Big C and 7-11 is closer makes this a good spot for tourist. The non smoking room is small but good for a single traveler

Not worth for money. This hotel I stayed in many city but in Pattaya not that much good. Bathroom is very small we can’t turn in the room. In the reception the staff all not kind why I don’t no .

It was really good. Great value for money with good access to multiple areas. Terminal 21 mall just a minute walk. Walking street 3kms

Service is very poor,I stained four nights not changing lemons tv is not working basic toiletries is not in the toilet like Brest and paste,I am not happy.

Location is good. Room are cosy but clean. Its value for money property. Reception people are nice speaking.

I stayed at Hotel Ibis Pattaya and found the location to be excellent — very convenient and close to all major spots. The food was also quite good and enjoyable. However, the service and behavior of the hotel staff were very disappointing. The attitude of the staff made it seem like they were not interested in their guests at all and were simply doing their jobs without any warmth or hospitality. This lack of courtesy and attentiveness really affected the overall experience of the stay. With such a prime location and good food, the hotel has great potential, but the staff’s service and approach need serious improvement.

Very clean and good food and friendly staff. Near by terminal 21 and accessible place. Loved it and will definitely book next time too

Hotel is located near to beach and terminal 21 mall. Easy access to all local shops. Location is main plus and budget friendly hotel. But rooms are average but it’s ok for this budget. Breakfast is average but not the worst. If you are veg then it’s difficult as they have very few options that too not Indian friendly dish.. Overall it’s a good stay for this budget

Poor response and worst behavior also. In reception also no care about customer care.. And night also lot of trouble

Excellent place for vacation stay.make my trip made our vacation hassle free.room service also good. Excellent place to stay for vacation and this is my third time booking in ibis pattaya and special thanks to Make my trip app.

we stayed here for 3 nights. the breakfast is average. the wifi is not that good in the rooms. if you need to work you have to come to the reception. pool is great.

ibis is my favorite hotel.. clean hotel rooms swimming pool good food all markets near the hotel

room size was small but location was amazing, pattaya beah was around 200 meter and two 7 eleven with on 100 meter. one pakistan restaurant and one indian restaurant which offer indian buffet in thai bhatt 200 was very good and if you are.going with kids then visit fat Coco water park and amazing food around 300 meter away

Pathetic service. A women travelling alone with 2 luggage bag, hotel staff does not even care to deliver bags to room or offer any help. Staff are very cultural bias and have some issue with Asian people.

The rooms were too small for the price. The rooms were not that clean. We were given only 2 bottles of water everyday. In the humid environment and such high prices hotel the water should be unlimited for the guests. The staff was too much rude.
