Review Of Bonkai Resort Pattaya

AC was not working. No phone in the room.

The room was very authentic and clean but there was no phone to call reception or restaurant in our room. Also, the safety box was not working even after someone looked at it.

Good and pleasant pace to stay and nearer to Pattaya beach and major visiting places. Good is good and swimming pool is also good.

Nice ambience good staff and also good food at the restaurant. There is well maintained swimming pool also which is cool. I really prefer this place to have. Good stay.

Budget hotel, nice rooms, swimming pool very nice.

The room was with damage sofa. AC was not working. Door closer was broken. Bed mattress was also with wholes.

Good food, good service, friendly staff, clean and big spacious rooms, we have a swimming pool you can enjoy in the pool, we have a personal balcony also. Overall it's Worth staying here.

The owner of the hotel is very rude and hotel staffs not friendly not recommended.

I have stayed in this hotel with my friend and the rooms are quite different than what they have shown in pictures. Also this hotel is too far from main road so we need to walk almost 15 minutes to reach the hotel.

This resort is amazing place. People are good, safe with security all time. Swimming pool is great but there should be few games to pass time at pool. All over experience is amazing guys should try once but yes get your swimming wear.

Good but it's 8 km distance from beach. But in MMT it's showing 1.5 km.

AC not working and fan not working very hit in the room staff not support. Bathroom conditions very bad. My stay experience is very bad.

There is no room service at all, they will give you couple of complimentary water bottles and that's it, food is very costly when compared outside, AC is not so good, it made weird noises. There are lot of local hotels with best services, choose wisely.

Such a safe and easy to find place. Also like to back here if I am there.🙂
