Review Of Hotel Du Nord

Our stay was very nice. Thanks to make my trip.

Superb location, gorgeous upkeep and courteous staff. However the hotel has hyper modern and high tech electrical fittings, which eventually became a great nuisance. It was a nightmare in trying switching off the room lights, particularly the toilet while going to bed. All modern style switches with directions written in French which apparently had every functionality except easy switch on and switch off facility. When we totally failed, at 11 pm, we had no option but to reluctantly call for help. The hotel person came immediately and showed us a concealed switch behind the mirror of the toilet, which had no indicative signs. Despite being such a lovely hotel, I hated this aspect. The TV set was concealed and with a press of a button would emerge from hiding. Good to impress kindergarten children, but quite a pain for normal tourists. Though I shall recommend others on the hotel, I shall also warn them of these prank like facilities.

I had a very good experience at this hotel. I really liked the breakfast, free minibar and coffee maker in the room.

Very good location, value for money and friendly staff. You would not regret staying at this hotel. It is just 5 minutes from railway station. Very cheap. It gives discounts in a lot other facilities available in the city. Very good breakfast for the money they charge.

It is really a nice hotel. With very good staff and most of all its location is really accessible to all the shopping. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend. And most importantly thanks to MakeMyTrip for making the hotel bookings so easy and anyone can trust their choice and services.
