Review Of Diamond Hotel Singapore

Good stay enjoyed my one day stay every time I travel to Singapore.

Very bad hotel. 3rd class staff and everything is very bad. Please don't stay in this hotel.

Very positive environment, warm people, delicious foods and very nice looking place

Area not clean and Hotel customer service is not satisfactory. If any thing asked for regular use of bed sheet and toilet problems they are not responding properly and ask for extra charge. Air condition also not good

I Recommended please don't stay this hotel, very bad service. You can not check in before 5 mint left check in time .No drinking water at reception. For guests. Receptionist staff behavior very bad just like Animals. Its given priority to Chinese only. You can not sit in hotel if you are advanced before check in time.

Very helpful staff to make your trip easy.
