The suite room balocony ac outdoor was without dranage and it accumulated water in balcony.as it was always wet ,no chair in balcony that for suite room was very disappointing.and pool service is poor

It’s good and the staff are also very supportive and nice food is very healthy and fresh our experience in that hotel is totally worth it

"A Wonderful Stay!" I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very attentive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed that made it hard to leave each morning. I was especially impressed by the attention to detail—fresh towels, premium toiletries, and even a small welcome Drink. The hotel facilities were top-notch. The pool was pristine. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of options to start the day off right. What truly made this hotel stand out, though, was the location. It’s ideally situated close to lakeside, shopping, and dining, making it perfect for both relaxation and exploration. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and convenient stay. I will definitely be returning!

We had booked 3 family rooms. The ambiance of the rooms were fantastic. Mountain view from room’s gallery was amazing. Rooms were clean and well managed with all the amenities. Front desk staff is very cooperative especially Ms. Bimala and Manager Ms. Munna. Breakfast was good.

The room carpet were smelly the bathroom utilities were absolutely road side the jet spray was leaking so badly that the entire bathroom became wet the towel and linens were so poor and bad it looked black instead of white the room cleaning staff was very rude the bed sheets were poor and stained the food was extremely oily. No i don’t have

A comfortable stay and a nice location of the hotel from pokhra lake. food quality needs some improvement as per standards provided. The bathroom window should not be plain or clear glass as the person going inside feels awkward

The hotel is good, but the management is not. I ordered food before the hotel's last order time. The restaurant took the order, then canceled it five minutes later. We spent the middle of the night searching for food outside.

Location is quite good as it has around 7 minutes walk to teal varahi temple. Near n clean hotel. Just it has limited variety in breakfast and service need to be little fast.

I found the property location at make my trip. I had a great time staying at bodhi suites. Foods were excellent. Staff were so polite and nice. I took mountain view room and it was amazing. The best part was the swimming pool. So fresh and clean water, clean surroundings very peaceful. Thank you bodhi suites.

I had booked a premium family room but the hotel said no such room exists and allocated a very small room even makemytrip support does not work outside india

We booked the premium family room but we were provided family room even makemytrip support does not work outside india, we tried to contact them but there was no response even the room provided was unhygienic and not clean, we had to cancel our booking and no refund was provided, this was a total loss

Hotel was ok but there was not enough staff to serve, restaurant service is also slow and there was cockroches in rhea room so overall experience was not good

We stayed for a couple nights here. The rooms, service and staff all were excellent. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was cordial and took care of any thing we asked for. The pool and breakfast area are also well maintained. Breakfast spread is decent and offers variety to choose from. Will stay again if j come to pokhara.
