Very clean, luxury, good quality of food, respectful behavior of staff, spacious and beautiful room.

The hotel is good in good location, rooms are spacious, but they need maintenance overall good hotel in medium price.

The stay was peaceful and clean. I had access to All The necessities Around The hotel.

Very good location, near to Beach front restaurants and good furnishings and interiors. Staff very friendly and cooperative, took extra effort to provide rental car and showed extra courtesy in guiding about tourism places.

Everything concerning the room was excellent. The only disappointment was with the breakfast buffet as it didn't have any choice in vegetarian food. Other good hotels in Malaysia do keep a choice of Indian vegetarian food but it was missing here.

All facilities are. Good, decent staff helping, need to work on more loosening with customer like airport drop pick etc. Breakfast was good muffins could be soft Overall good hotel very spacious room sea view

Amazing location with great view of the bay. Rooms were spacious(little old though) and neat. The food was delicious. The Buffet spread was good too, especially the breakfast. The furniture looked pretty old fashioned and certainly needs a revamp. Thumbs up for this property.

Nice hotel with decent facilities, location is nice, breakfast is good for non veg, limited options for veg, sea view deluxe room is superb, pool & gym are also nice, value for money hotel with many facilities

Fabulous beach front property I must visit hotel if you are saying you are in Penang. The hotel services are good rooms a big and very good view of the sea shore. Have a good spreading breakfast but to all the vegetarians very limited options.

The place is awesome. Sea facing rooms mostly. Its best if you don't expect much in terms of service. Huge rooms and bathroom to love for. Jacuzzi in the room is the cherry on the top. Situated around 2. 5 kms from Penang street art or little india area.
