Grand Hyatt Bali is a huge and beautiful resort with nearly 700 rooms, 5 swimming pools, and 5 restaurants. The property is stunning and very well maintained, giving a true luxury feel. Rooms are spacious, neat, and clean, with all modern amenities. However, because the resort is spread across a very large area, finding your room can be quite confusing at first, and you often have to walk a lot to reach different places like the lobby, pool, or restaurants. It might not be the best choice for elderly people or those who prefer minimal walking

we liked the resort. it's a big property with all amenities that you would need. Staff was helpful and polite all the time. Good stuff 1. location 2. beautiful beach 3. Big pool 4. Clean rooms and comfortable Things not so good 1. Breakfast, actually it's really bad. I didn't like a single item. 2. No kids pool. It was disappointing that we had to watch kids all the time.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommend! I had a fantastic stay Grand Hyatt, Bali. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with fast Wi-Fi, a minibar, and cozy bedding. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. The restaurant offered a great variety of delicious meals, and breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The gym was modern, the pool area was relaxing, and the spa experience was amazing. The location was perfect—close to beach and main attractions but quiet at night. I also appreciated the smooth check-in, secure parking, and helpful concierge. Overall, a perfect blend of comfort, service, and convenience. I’d gladly stay again!

loca tion of the property was good but even after making the request for early check inn the front desk has ensured that room would be available after 15 hours.. I have requested for better room but she has given me one of the last room I.e. room no 4124... I requested her for better accomodation but she I think has some issues with us... further the room was pathetic. complete drainage failure.. all the water is logged and pounded ... the flushing of toilet was not proper.. I have made a video of it. if required and be shared. Any thing ask to the staff like cart or any thing the staff with a smile refused for the same. for every assistance we asked they simply replied.. sorry sir we apologize this cannot be done... in fact for the last 3 days we were not allowed to take bfsst in water front restaurent as every time the lady staff has asked us that the restaurent is full pls look into another reatynurent...

Grand hyatt nusa dua is a great escape into a peaceful paradise by the beach. I stayed there solo for the weekend and found it to be the perfect place to spend some "me" time. Salsa verde provides excellent breakfast by the beach. I rented a bike at the resort and spent my mornings biking by the coastline. The resort really is designed to cater families travel-ling with children, however, there is something for everyone on offer.

The experience was not that much good of 5 star property. Only private beach area was superb. Room was also not provided as per my booking.

The stay was just so beautiful, great hospitality and amazing place to relax and rejuvenate. Enjoyed the private beach for sure and of course the photo shoot!

I stayed at the grand hyatt hotel, bali, and i regret choosing this place. The room was in a very bad condition and had a damp smell, which made it difficult to sleep. The ac was not cooling the room. Despite raising these issues with the management, they changed my room, but the other room had the same problem. Nothing was done to improve the situation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Beautiful property, amazing pools. They have around 6-7 pools and the lazy pool is the best one with caves.

The checkin is at 3 am, later than usual, even then the rooms weren’t ready. The actual room looks different than the one shown in photos while booking. Even the morning after had to call the reception plenty of times to get the room cleaned, which finally got done at around 3 pm. Had a flight early on the day i was leaving so i made a request for early breakfast which they denied and said instead we would keep a meal box ready for you to carry at the reception, even that they forgot to keep ready and just provided a fruit and juice at the end minute. Good property, good food, good swilling pool but lacks intent and hospitality.

Substandard rooms. Had to waste one day just to have my room c ganged to something acceptable

Excellent very nice we enjoyed a lot and had a great family time with nice beach and food particularly indian food available at breakfast and limited options in dinner

Grand hyatt bali was a super experience for me and my husband, they made our stay even more remembrable by giving us a complimentary upgrade. Fantastic property! highly recommended for the amazing food, breathtaking swimming pools and beach views.

The hotel was okay i guess. Too many rooms to its not that private. Would recommend only for families.

The rooms at the grand hyatt nusa dua bali provide fantastic views, whether it's of the ocean, gardens, or pools. They're spacious, luxurious, and perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

The property is really really amazing and the pools are fab but the majour issue is with the staff of the hotel. They don’t understand english quite easily and the service was really poor
