Review Of The Kalyana Ubud

This hotel is not something Indians will love much since no major vegetarian food to eat. Also they are near forest or something so you can get some animals inside your pool villa. We got mouse at 2 AM in the night.

we had booked one bedroom pool villa. Room was very good n pool Wal also very clean. only they have very limited options for veg.breakfast....Rest all good

Avoid if you don’t love bugs, rats, and poor service We booked a 1-bedroom private pool villa, expecting a relaxing stay—but it was anything but. The pool was unusable due to centipedes swimming in the water, making the extra cost for a “private pool” a complete waste. The villa was infested with mosquitoes, ants, and even had rat droppings on the window sills. The bedding had yellow stains, and the room was far from clean even after repeated calls to housekeeping. Used dishes were left as-is, and their so-called “cleaning” was superficial at best. To make things worse, the breakfast buffet had ants crawling all over the food—completely unacceptable. The villa’s proximity to rice fields seems to attract all sorts of pests, but that’s no excuse for the lack of basic hygiene and pest control. As if that wasn’t enough, you can hear crickets, frogs, and random animal noises all night long, making it very difficult to get any sleep. When we asked for a downgrade or room change, they refused to accommodate us, despite all these issues. The staff was unhelpful and indifferent throughout our stay. Honestly, if the room hadn’t been so expensive and non-refundable, we wouldn’t have stayed even a single night. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had—not worth the money or the frustration. Avoid at all costs unless you’re into bugs, noise, and bad service. The house keeping guy cleaned a dirty glass with mere water in the wash basin in front of me and placed it as a new glass. I have a video of the same too I am attaching pictures for any future visitor’s reference. This could be you.

Location is good. Property is very good for tourist. Indian Food Options are very less. Services are very good. Overall it Value for Money.

Good Breakfast ( Veg Food ) available. lot of greenery available. booking was for 2 adult & 1 kid 14 old through makemytrip.com. however bed for child not provided in booking Price.

Food for vegetarians was not available , that made us eat Pizza 3 days in dinner. Other things were appreciable. But the stay was not worth money

Great place, especially the massage and the one bedroom villa. It’s a must stay place if you are looking for relaxation.

Very peaceful location. Well maintained rooms. Not much amenities or activities other than swimming pool. Staff is nice. Food options are limited in breakfast.

Stay was very pleasant i love the place but the only demerit of this resort was they don't serve indian food which is not good overall i love the environment of the resort.

Its very easy to visit there its just 10 min drive from monkey forest ubud the service is very good and cheap
