it is a lovely hotel, well connected to the metro, mall, Harbour etc. The views from the rooms are great. this was our second stay here.

Want my money back as not happy with the room they gave too small for international passenger dusty rooms in bathroom you can not even turn around

I have been alloted very tiny room there were dust in my bed due to that I was sneezing and had to take medication for my tour I told the manager that it’s difficult for me to turn around in bathroom they were not ready to listen and were telling that if you want to get better room you will have to pay more money Poor hospitality Thanks

Inconvenient location, no amenities, dusty and tiny rooms.No service after 11pm .The only thing good is the shuttle bus service.

Very convenient location to roam around the city using metro (mtr. Hotel room was spacious with kitchen, fridge and microwave oven.

Not recommended very small room very bad service and very very bad food and staff is not co operate very very bad experience

It is nice property having Metropolis mall in the same complex… very well connected by Metro, bus, taxi.. even a ferry station is about 1 km away. The room and facilities are excellent. The staff is helpful, though it lacks in daily cleaning..The food is ok, no Indian menu. You may visit nearby Indian restaurants. There are no heaters and would be difficult during nighttime if temperature goes down.

The location is easily accessible by trains. Great hotel with prompt service. The food at senzusu is amazing.

Good hotel, rooms where good, near to the MTR. Easy to travel anywhere, internet is not free of cost, need to pay charges for the same, complementary water bottles too small.

Charging for everything. Anything you ask it was chargeable. There was no place in the lobby to seat as I was waiting for my pick up.
The hotel charged for everything. I asked for extra water bottles. It was chargeable and that too at 32 k for each bottle. I asked for adapter for charging. Also chargeable at 30. No hotel charges like this since the room rate is not very cheap. Otherwise it was good.

Stayed there for 3 nights and then 2 nights from 8th to 15th June 2018. Hotel Ok. Support and services very poor.
Poor service. Only 2 small water bottles and only 2 tea bags permitted. Especially when tourists visit overseas, there constraints should not be there

It was a nice stay. Very nice location connecting the mall & railway station. Hope to come again to spend more days & Hotel also provide shuttle service to every corner of the city but you have to show room key to them thanks

Was okay experience here but after paying that much fee as a couple I got 2 single beds ... And I am on honymoon. When I asked to the reception said they can change the next day with extra money, which was unnecessary extras. Because my room was superior room which make my trip had booked for me never had this issue with booking. Com

Rooms are too small. Our store room are bigger than hotel room. Staff attiude is not good at all. Will definitely siggest not to stay this hotel. 4 star rating how hotel gets as this type of rooms. So please stay away from this hotel. Only location was good for the hotel.

Very good hotel. Nice location. Costly but worth. There is a shopping mall in the hotel. Very good co-operative staff. Very big hotel but very good mentioned. I will recommend it to my friends and relatives for stay there.

Very small rooms and washrooms. The staff is very bad and not friendly. The hotel is old and needs renovation. It is not value for money, could have got better hotel in this value. The location is also not good.

The hotel overall was ok, but I found it very expensive for the room size. Location was good, adjoining a mall and a metro station. The front office was also a bit crowded, may be because of the number of people flocking the place due to the adjoining mall. They need to seriously work on the tariff.

Hotel is located way out of the shopping district but has good connectivity by metro. Also the free shuttle bus is of great help. Rooms are extremely small and is not worth the money you pay. Food and beverage are expensive. Staff are efficient and polite. On the whole not too bad an experience.
